Hi! My name is Theophanes Avery and as you have already guessed this is my website and the home of all my endless prattling. I’m a New England based millennial author who enjoys writing about almost everything that strikes my interest, which is a lot. I am an avid blogger and also a published author currently with three titles under my name. Two books about my life (Honoring Echo which details my travels across the Lower 48 States, and Milking the Cat which is a collection of funny stories about the wonderful animals I have owned or worked with in my life) and my favorite Achilles in Heels which is my first foray into fiction. It’s a heartwarming retelling of the teenage years of Achilles. Yes, that one, the very same.
Besides writing I enjoy cultivating a whole series of unrelated skills and indulging in my artistic side. I love travel, photography, sculpting, and Sharpie doodling amongst a lot of other hobbies and interests.
I am currently chronicling my adventures through the weird, wonderful, beautiful and bizarre sights of New England in my blog Catching Marbles which is home to a good deal of my nature photography as well.
My most recent adventure has been trying my hand at being a voice actor narrating audio books for other writers.
