I&#8217;m Theophanes Avery &#8211; the person behind the caterpillar as well as a truly obnoxious amount of other things. I am a writer, avid blogger, nature and whimsy photographer, accomplished Sharpie doodler, master polymer clay sculptor, and hapless wanderer. I live by one simple goal: make this world a better place than the one I was born into. Glen accomplishes this task by spreading laughter and giving me yet another way to express my deep seated sense of whimsy. I have no formal training in illustration or art but that&#8217;s never hindered me.
